Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Wood's Fiberglass & Refinishing ("we", "us"), the operator of Field Position. By accessing or continuing to use Field Position, you agree to these terms.

The service

Field Position provides NFL and college football stats, scores, matchup insights, pick'em groups, a free mini-game, and optional paid team background themes. Field Position is not a betting or gambling service. Predictions are for entertainment and may be inaccurate.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; uploading offensive content; or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits, reverse engineering).

Intellectual property

Wood's Fiberglass & Refinishing retains all rights to the service, software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal purposes. Team names and logos belong to their respective owners. You grant us a limited licence to host content you upload (such as profile photos) solely to provide the service.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sports data will be accurate or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. When your account ends, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
